We are looking for a range of primary and secondary educators from across the globe to help improve our teaching and learning tools: you may already use Lyfta in your classroom, are just trying it out, or perhaps this is the first you have heard of us.

Your feedback is important to us. It would help shape the accessibility and educational experience of Lyfta, serving all those teachers and young people who use it daily.

We will follow up to organise a time to meet online, and provide you with some information about the session. Don’t worry, you won’t have to prepare anything!

What happens in a user feedback session?

Depending on the part of the product we review with you: you might be asked to complete a short survey, or attend an online interview (video call) with Yiota Demetriou - User Experience Lead.

Yiota might ask you questions related to your experience with Lyfta, and guide you through parts of our new tools to test them. 

Don’t worry we aren’t testing your ability, we are evaluating how well OUR tools work for you, to ensure the delivery of the best possible educational experience! 

You can still participate even if you haven’t used our products before.

What do I need to participate?

You will not be asked to prepare anything!

You only need a working computer (with a camera, microphone-speaker and/or headphones), and an internet connection. 

 

How long will a session take?

A session can take from 30 minutes to 60 minutes of your time. But no more than this!

How will you use my information and feedback?

Your information will only be used for the purposes of the feedback sessions.

All feedback from these sessions will remain anonymous. 

If you are happy for us to keep your contact details for future sessions, we will get in touch. If not, we will delete it from our system. 

 

How is my feedback going to help improve Lyfta?

Your feedback is vital to us because it will help us gain a significant understanding of the people who use Lyfta, or could use it.

Your feedback will guide and inform our design decisions contributing to how we shape the future of Lyfta's immersive educational experiences. 

How will I get my £50 gift card?

After the session we will send you information via email telling you how to access your gift card.
